The Challenge
MediFlow Clinics were running a three-site private practice on paper appointment books, manual patient records, and phone-only booking. Admin overhead was unsustainable and patient no-shows were running at 28%.
Our Solution
We built a full patient management platform with online self-booking, automated SMS and email reminders, digital patient intake forms, and a multi-site admin dashboard — fully GDPR compliant and integrated with their existing billing software.
